Fitness Plan
Once you have cleared your system of all those toxic things you’ve been putting into it, it’s time to start a regular workout routine. You could join a gym, but you could simply make some space to workout at home. You can find free workout videos on YouTube and you can buy fairly cheap equipment, like weights, that can assist you.
Even if your main workout routine consists only of a mile walk or a five-mile bike ride, you’re getting out there and getting physical. The more you workout the more calories you’ll burn. You can simply add in more steps into your day and it will make a big difference over time.
Diet Overhaul
Those calories that you’re burning are coming from the food that you eat on a daily basis, and you need to make sure the foods you’re eating are healthy ones. You’ve already cleaned all the nasty stuff out of your system, don’t put more back in.
Fill your plate up with mostly vegetables, for every meal. Eat fruit for snacks. And shop for fresh foods, and less salt and sugar.
Doctor’s Visit
Make sure that you talk to your doctor before you start any kind of intense workout. You might even want to talk to your doctor about diet tips that will be good for you. Some foods can really help you if you’re suffering from certain health issues, including heart conditions.
If you’re on any kind of medications your doctor may suggest you skip certain foods or certain exercises. There’s nothing wrong with getting a little advice before you hit the gym!
