What is Acne? Acne is one of Common Skin diseases and is caused by blockage of oil in follicles which is caused by blockage of pores which opens into follicles, take Follicles as sink filled with water due to open tap, it has a pipe from which water keeps running down to gutter, now if pipe is blocked then sink will overflow, exactly same is the case with follicles, when it overflows the pores become reddish and prominent on the face making it ugly. They are small and black in colour but can be of yellow colour as well, the popular belief about blackheads is that they are produced due to excess of oil production in the body which can be caused due to unclean skin and sometimes stress can cause the Blackheads too. As they are first stage of Acne they should be detected and treated carefully, the easy way to get rid of blackheads is exposure to UV rays and keeping the skin clean by using clay on it. The usage of oranges peels is also a remedy for Acne, just massage the peel over the pimples.
Mixture paste of rose-water and sandalwood or nutmeg and fresh milk should be pasted over pimple and washing after an hour will help you reduce your Acne problem.
The clay mask should be used on face in order to prevent Acne from the face.
