In today’s video, we are going to do another awesome ab training session that is going to strengthen your core. Give it all you got, because this intense workout will get you one step closer to getting the abs you’ve always dreamed about.
Workout breakdown:
4 Rounds/3 Exercises/ Reps: 20 Each Exercise/ Short Rest Periods
0:46 Side Leg Raises: back on the floor, start with your left side first and do 20 reps each side on this movement. Make sure you keep the side you are concentrating on is firm during the movement.
1:15 Crunch: with this crunch you are going to keep your feet off the floor and really concentrate on contracting your abs.
2:13 Reverse Crunch: the point is to get your knees to your chest. Back on the floor, keep your knees together, and bring your knees to your chest.
