The most important things for you are:
Exercise EVERY Day (Everyday? Yes!)
It’s called the bikini body workout plan for a reason. If you don’t workout you’re not going to get your bikini body according to plan. Do you really have to work out every day to lose weight? Of course not.
Overtraining is just as real as under training, but guess what if you haven’t been exercising until now are you really the kind of person that needs to worry about overtraining right away?
Here’s the catch; you are going to work out every day, but you’re not going to over-train.
Five days per week you’re going to do full bikini body workouts. For instance, you can do yoga, squat, bench press, swim (if you’re not too self-conscious of your body), run, whatever exercise you enjoy for at least 30 minutes.
On the other two days per week, however, you won’t do a full bikini body workout.
You won’t exercise for 60 minutes, or 30 minutes, or even 10 minutes. On your two “break days” each week you’ll simply exercise for one minute. Why? Because in addition to getting the sexy body you want you’ll also establish a habit of exercising so that you won’t have to worry about being out of shape for beach season next year!
Exercise For Yourself, Don’t Exorcise Yourself
