Because exercise improves your brain’s capacity to absorb more nutrients and oxygen thus increasing your memory retention and cognitive functions.

The biggest threats to your memory and brain power may not be an immediate accident but rather an unhealthy lifestyle of living. Drink moderately but hydrate your brain with enough water for it to function well. Lastly, always remember that if your body can make use of a good exercise, your brain can make use of it too. Just always remember: to live healthy is to live a life with a good memory.
